Offering a phenomenal view of the world-famous John Frost Bridge, the Airborne at the Bridge exhibition tells the personal stories of the British lieutenant John Grayburn, the German Hauptsturmführer Viktor Eberhard Gräbner and the Dutch captain Jacob Groenewoud, all of whom fought and died here during the Battle of Arnhem in September 1944.
Airborne at the Bridge has been open to the public since 31 March 2017. This site is part of the Airborne Museum and has replaced the old information centre about the Battle of Arnhem. Admission to Airborne at the Bridge is free for everyone. Airborne at the Bridge also has a VVV i-point and provides tourist information about the region in general.
