Situated in the heart of the Veluwe woodlands and heathlands and close to the charming towns and villages along the River IJssel, this European care residence facilitates carefree enjoyment for everyone. Not only the accommodation units but also the entire premises are fully accessible for less-abled guests.
We have 43 hotel rooms, 13 apartments and 16 bungalows that sleep four or six people. We clarify your care requirements when you make the booking. We have a unique, adapted indoor swimming pool (water temperature 32ºC) with an entry slope and a wheelchair pool lift. The wellness salon, the restaurant and the Grand Café are also fully accessible, where guests can enjoy coffee and cake, ice cream, a tasty lunch or a delicious dinner. Furthermore, the site includes paved paths for pedestrians/mobility scooters, a petting zoo and minigolf.
We are situated at the start of the Vosbergenpad – a ‘clog path’ route past springs and through woodland. We also offer charging stations for e-bikes.
The Grand Café at ECR Groot Stokkert is open for guests staying in the hotel, apartments and bungalows but also for people living nearby the holiday park or from further afield. The Grand Café also has an attractive terrace offering views of the surrounding woodlands. After an invigorating walk or bike ride, you can enjoy coffee and cake, ice cream, a tasty lunch or a delicious dinner. Besides our dinner menu we also offer a delicious Menu of the Month featuring seasonal ingredients. Opening times: daily from 10.00 to 22.00 h. Lunch is served from 12.00 to 15.00 h and dinner is from 17.00 to 20.00 h.
