The Memorial Room in Memory of the 2 October Roundup in Putten was erected in memory of the 661 men from Putten who were rounded up at the Old Church and taken to German concentration camps. Only 109 of them survived the war. Also commemorated are the people of Putten (soldiers, resistance fighters, civilian victims and seven Jewish victims) who were killed by acts of war during the Second World War.
