A visit to the Kröller-Müller Museum is an amazing experience: a voyage of discovery that begins as soon as you enter the De Hoge Veluwe National Park. With almost 90 paintings and over 180 drawings, it is home to the world’s second-largest Vincent van Gogh collection. Here, you can get closer to his works than anywhere else. In addition, the collection features major pieces by world-class artists such as Pablo Picasso, Georges Seurat, Claude Monet, Piet Mondrian and many more. At the same time, you can look through the enormous window into the garden beyond, where you’ll see sculptures by Auguste Rodin, Barbara Hepworth, Jan Fabre and Marta Pan. In the 25-hectare ‘outdoor gallery’, where modern sculpture is presented in a natural setting, you can admire the artworks from up close and, in the case of Jean DuBuffet’s marvellous Jardin d’émail, even from the inside.
