Landerij De Park, a centre where you can experience nature and come into contact with the countryside in a surprising way, lies between Elst and the Arnhem district of De Schuytgraaf. It is a place where you can play outside, discover things, enjoy and relax. The grounds cover an area of five hectares and include a petting zoo where you can stroke the animals, and a large sandpit. You will also find a vegetable garden, a greenhouse, an apiary, a natural footpath, a fire pit and a labyrinth. A large natural playground is still being developed. Fun activities are arranged regularly, such as baking bread rolls on an open fire or sailing in a little boat. A major event is organised a couple of times a year.
There are also catering facilities on site, at the DROOM restaurant. De Landerij is open daily for coffee, a drink or a tasty lunch. The petting zoo is open every day from noon
