The Sherwood Rangers Monument, a tank placed at the National Liberation Museum in Groesbeek, commemorates the 268 members of this British tank group who died in the struggle against the occupier (1939-1945) and all other civilians and soldiers who died for the liberation of the Netherlands. The tank was in service near Groesbeek and is one of the approximately 5000 Shermans that were made.
