Fort Pannerden

It is hidden under a covering of earth, has a breathtaking view over the River Waal and is brimming with exciting stories: Fort Pannerden, near Doornenburg. Surprising and exciting.

Cannenburch Castle

Cannenburch is a castle with mediaeval origins that can be found in Vaassen, surrounded by an ancient wooded park with meadows and ponds. The castle’s historical setting is relatively intact.

Klimbos Veluwe

A day out at Klimbos Veluwe outdoor climbing centre in Apeldoorn is always exciting. In the large expanse of green woodland you can climb to dizzying heights of 18 metres!

Wijchen Castle Museum

Wijchen Castle Museum allows visitors to discover more about the multi-faceted town of Wijchen and the surrounding riverland. Wijchen's historic castle is the location for the museum's permanent collection, which gives a flavour of the region's history.
